General
No order will be deemed to constitute a
contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the
Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.
Prices
The price you pay (excluding postage) is the one
displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery
The Seller shall not be held liable for
any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any
other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly
out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Payment
Payment by credit/debit card or via
Paypal is due at the time of order.
Returned
Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly
shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days
of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be
accepted.
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of
remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion
of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the
Buyer.
Distance Selling
Regulations
- Under the "Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations" you have the right to cancel your
order within 7 days after the day you receive delivery from
us.
- If it is your intention to do this,
we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do
not send any goods back to us without notifying us in the first
instance.
- The regulations state we must
provide you with a full refund for the goods within 30 days of the
cancellation - and we will be more than happy to do
this.
- Any goods so returned to us must be
returned in the condition that you received them and you must pay any
return postage/shipping costs yourself.
- If you find that you have to return
any goods to us, we recommend that you use a trackable postage
system

law.
Liability of Tumblestone.net shall in
no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the
goods. Tumblestone.net cannot accept liability for injury or negative
